Barry Christiansen MBA CEC.

A Certified Coach and Human Resources Consultant that brings over thirty years of business experience with a unique combination in Leadership, Sales Management and Human Resources Strategy. He has held executive roles in Retail and Commercial Banking, General Insurance and Human Resources. Recognized as an exceptional coach and leader, he understands the critical connection of employee development and organization results.

Barry brings passion and a rarely seen depth of knowledge to his client relationships. He has a passion for unlocking potential in all individuals and teams and helping ignite positive spirit in any organization. A lifelong learner on a journey to understand leadership and share his expertise with clients. He has found a career and personal satisfaction in coaching people to maximize their potential.

Barry completed a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2016. He holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University, a BCOM from the University of British Columbia and Financial Planning designation.

A strong community volunteer allows Barry to bring his passion for people to his personal life. It is through lasting relationships in his personal and professional life that Barry fills his ultimate desire to help people and organizations succeed.
