Insights Discovery – Foundation

Business success depends on high-performance teams more now than ever before. Effective relationships are key to an engaged, productive team. Self-awareness is the foundation for forming meaningful and effective interpersonal relationships. Insight is a tested-and-proven system for helping individuals and teams become more aware of how their own behaviors and communication style impact others positively, as well as in ways that may unconsciously create obstacles to productivity. At the same time, Insights helps participants become more appreciative of others’ styles and needs. By taking the training together, teams also form a common language that allows them to communicate more effectively with each other as well as with internal and external stakeholders.

The Insights Discovery Workshop has three objectives:

  • UNDERSTAND YOURSELF — to learn how you may be seen by others, and to identify your strengths and areas for development
  • UNDERSTAND OTHERS — to recognize your behavioural style and learn how to respond effectively to others’ needs
  • ADAPT AND CONNECT — to meet the needs of others by adapting your behaviour.

Programs available from an introductory view to exploring leadership style to a multi-module program that helps leaders in eight dimensions.
